Welcome to my firefly factory.

For more than 20 years I have been dealing with the physical and mental health of people. After many years of part-time work, I followed my heart and this is how ALOHA, a school & practice for Ashtanga Yoga and Wellness, was founded in the south of Würzburg.

I love making people shine. to make you smile. Working together on solutions with creativity and intuition.

I find the interaction between body and psyche (embodiment) most exciting in my work. That's why my tools are chosen very carefully and this concept of active and passive bodywork is so effective.

Yoga and wellness naturally contribute to a very special balance in your life, on all levels. I speak from experience.

Yoga - is a thousand-year-old art that helps you to achieve physical and mental health, calmness, clarity and strength.

Wellness - the word already sounds the way it feels. It flows and gently caresses the ear. It feels like a fluffy towel, smells soothing, fresh but unobtrusive. It is warm and calm, yet tingly and gives a sense of security. Wellness is your own personal feel-good time.

Fresh aloe vera leaves and essential oils of the highest quality sometimes add a touch of luxury to my treatments.

In truth, nowadays there is no greater luxury than slowness and mindfulness.

Between work, family and leisure time, we all need these very conscious moments of time out in order to encounter life in full strength, clarity and beauty again and again.
