In ALOHA there are not five different yoga styles, but only one. Ashtanga Yoga AYI® therefore stands for quality and tradition, for enthusiasm and experience, for innovative yoga therapy with heart and mind.

Ashtanga is probably the most demanding yoga style, but the AYI® method is equally suitable for young and old due to its adaptability.

We are all unique and have different desires, goals, bodies and breathing rhythms.

In a guided class we therefore practice at an appropriate pace, mindfully, powerfully and taking into account your anatomy and your history. In a Mysore class you follow your own personal breathing flow and will be accompanied by me individually.

Kahuna is the Hawaiian word for "master". And Lomi is a tool of a Lomi Kahuna.
